When chatting with Inteleagent support via email or in-app chat, you may be asked for consent to access your account, in order to help with troubleshooting or recovery.

buttonAfter you've granted access, Inteleagent support team will have permission to access your account for 48 hours. If you need more assistance after the 48 hours expire, you will need to re-invite the Inteleagent team.
