A PIPELINE represents a process.
As an education agent, when you think about processes, enrolment processes, or student visa application processes might come to mind. You can convert all your processes in pipelines in Inteleagent.
To better manage a process, you should break it down in smaller parts or steps. In a pipeline, these steps are called STAGES. Stages allow you to better manage and follow individual applications as they advance through your pipeline.
Inteleagent comes with an applications' pipeline that outlines a simple but popular flow. As applications move through these stages, you're given a clear visual overview of where your applications are in the process.
These stages will suit most education agents quite well, but it doesn't mean you have to stick with them. In Inteleagent, you can customise how many stages are in your pipeline, as well as the titles of those stages; ergo, customising your pipeline to fit your business model.

In Inteleagent, you are able to personalise your pipeline, by adding or deleting stages as it suits your education agency's business processes.
To make sure everyone within your team understands all stages the same way, make sure you use past indefinite tense when creating new names. For example, use "Documents requested" instead of just Documents — otherwise it's difficult to understand when exactly you should drag the deal to that stage.
Think from the student's point of view - what would their enrolment process look like? What has to happen in order for them to enrol through you? That is usually the best way to outline your own applications process.
Feel free to revise your pipeline stages every now and then. It might take weeks before someone feels entirely comfortable with a freshly described process. The main idea is to help yourself organise applications, not to make things more complicated. So, if some of the stages seem to be confusing then rename them, delete them or add new ones to be clear, what is happening inside your sales pipeline.
To edit the pipeline, go to Settings > Pipeline.
To add a stage to the pipeline, enter the stage name and hit the "+" button. The new stage will show up in the list. Don't forget to click Save.

To edit a stage's label, all you have to do is place the marker on the stage's label and edit the label name. Don't forget to hit Save.

The predefined stages in Inteleagent come with predefined tasks. You are free to follow them, edit them, delete them, or add new ones as you wish. To find the predefined stage tasks, go to Settings > Pipeline and click the green stage task button. Add, edit or delete tasks and don't forget to click Save and then Close.
