The Providers menu tab will take you to your education institutions database. This is where you’ll store all your education institutions you have a direct agreement with.
You can sort your education institutions in alphabetical order. You can search any institution by name, website, or email. You can also choose the attributes you would like to see for your list of education institutions.
A great feature is the Tuition Sold To Date attribute, that allows you to see the total amount of tuition fees you sold for each education institution in your database. This will give you an insight into your most popular education institutions and the value you bring to them. You can use this information as a lever to negotiate higher commissions for your education agency.
Another cool feature is sharing individual education institutions only with select subagents. This is particularly helpful when you have geographical area-based agreements with universities. For example, if your agreement with Disney University allows you to recruit students from India, but not from China, and you work with subagents from India and China, Inteleagent allows you to only share Disney University with your India based subagents. This feature will keep everyone’s Inteleagent account organised, by not sharing your education institutions unnecessarily with your subagents.
You can add courses, edit the education institution’s information, export the list of courses in a csv file, upload courses in bulk through a csv file, and store documents, brochures and flyers for each provider. You can also take notes for each provider.
Inteleagent makes it easy for you to manage your education institutions.
