The partner agent collaboration feature is what makes Inteleagent shine.
Partner agents are a great addition to your education agency, especially if you are new to the industry and you don't have many education institution agreements. You can partner with an agent to send your students to their education institution partners, or vice versa, they can send their students to your education institutions and both of you can share the commission. Partner agents will expand your reach to the market and will create new ways to increase revenue and grow your business.
If you have an agent in mind you want to partner with, simply invite him to Inteleagent. All you need is his name and email address.
There are two ways you can invite a partner agent in Inteleagent. You can either invite the agent via your Applications screen, or you can invite the agent via your Settings, Partner Agents.
Once your invitation is sent, your partner agent will receive an automatic email inviting him to use Inteleagent and work with your agency. You will see the status of your partner agent in the Settings, Partner Agents menu. If the partner agent has not received your invitation email, you can resend it.
Connecting with a partner agent will allow you to see his education institution partners and vice-versa. You will be able to send an application to his education institution partners, through his agency. Depending on the agreement, most likely you wont be able to contact the partner agent’s institutions directly, rather you will need to send the application to your partner agent, and the he will forward the application to the institution.
When you add an application to Inteleagent, you will be able to choose the partner agent you want to send the application through, as well as his agreed percentage share of the commission. It’s recommended you discuss with your partner agent and agree on the commission share, prior to adding the application, to avoid misunderstandings.
When your partner agent sends an application through your agency, you will see the application pipeline displayed in red, and the application will show the stages his agency uses in the application process.
This way, you will be able to distinguish between your own applications, and the ones received from partner agents.
When you send an application through your partner agent, the application will be displayed normally in your account, however the roles will be inversed and your partner agent will see the pipeline in red, and your application stages.
If you would like to see the applications sent through or received from your partner agent, you can easily do it by using the partner agent filter.
When the application has reached the final stage of the process, the Studying stage, you will be able to send a commission invoice to your partner agent, for the application you sent through his agency. The same applies vice-versa. Your partner agent will be able to send you a commission invoice for the applications you received from his agency.
One way to increase your market reach, diversify your student nationality pool, and increase your education agency’s revenue, is to work with partner agents.
